Role & responsibilities
*Training Needs Analysis*: Identify training needs through observations, feedback, and performance data.
2. *Training Design and Delivery*: Create and deliver engaging sales training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.
3. *Program Evaluation*: Assess training effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
4. *Sales Performance Improvement*: Collaborate with retail managers to develop strategies that drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
5. *Training Materials Development*: Design and update training materials, guides, and resources.
6. *Facilitation and Coaching*: Facilitate training sessions, provide coaching, and offer feedback to retail staff.
7. *Stakeholder Management*: Build relationships with retail managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure training alignment with business objectives.
8. *Training Budget Management*: Manage training budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective training solutions.
Preferred candidate profile
Education*: Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, or related field.
2. *Experience*: 5-7 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a training or sales leadership role.
3. *Certifications*: Training certifications (e.g., CTT+, TAP) or sales certifications (e.g., CSP) preferred.
4. *Skills*:
- Excellent training, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales principles, practices, and techniques.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, training software, and learning management systems.
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience with e-learning platforms and authoring tools.
2. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
3. Familiarity with sales force automation tools and CRM systems.
4. Certification in instructional design or adult education.
