Software Engineer

Leading the division to the next level by completing the existing projects on time & with accuracy
Should be proficient in Design & Development
Mentor junior team members with the assistance of TL/PM/Management
Own module(s) of the project or complete project under development
Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines
Adept in accurate time accounting and reporting of own work
Flexible in working under changing and different work settings
Grasp issues quickly, solve project-related issues and identify opportunities for improvement
Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence and report same to reporting manager
Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, enhance and document components developed by self and others as per the requirements and detailed design
Ensure quality assurance on projects before delivery by conducting thorough unit testing and integration testing for the whole system
Pay high attention to detail in all work& maintain high quality and on time delivery of agreed deliverables
Conduct project risk identification and mitigation action planning with the project manager
Must adapt to new relevant technologies and implementations& then analyze, design, and develop project related Web-based applications
Maintain high team morale and work well with teams or in a team environment
Conduct peer-reviews and provide feedback to TL/PM/Management
Exhibit strong technical leadership
