About the role :

We are looking for a Product-Based Developer who will focus on AI models and enhances user facing features, incorporating AI functionalities like recommendations, personalization, and predictive analytics, while ensuring product performance and scalability.

In contrast, an Analytics-Based Developer focuses on processing data, building machine learning models, and deriving insights from large datasets.

What you'll do :

- Define, develop, and implement services for business logic and AI-driven functionalities.

- Collaborate with the research and engineering teams to design and develop applications for advanced machine learning and AI solutions, supporting projects like recommendation engines, personalized search, AI-based applications, and user profile management.

- Build scalable systems to power AI-driven features and integrate machine learning models into production environments.

- Maintain and enhance existing backend infrastructure in Python while designing new components to improve overall system architecture.

- Develop and maintain robust pipelines for deploying machine learning models and integrating them into backend services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user-facing elements with backend logic.

- Ensure secure implementation of backend services with a focus on data protection and compliance.

Who we're looking for :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputed institution.

- 4-9 years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Python and AI/ML development.

- Expertise in Python for backend infrastructure management.

- Experience in machine learning and AI development, with practical experience in projects such as recommendation engines, personalized search, AI-based applications, and user profiling.

- Strong experience with relevant libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and
scikit-learn.

- Ability to work with large datasets, design predictive models, and develop algorithms for real time AI applications.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI/ML solutions.

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

- High level of integrity, strong sense of ethics, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience :

Profiles focused on web development or front-end/back-end technologies will not be preferred. We are prioritizing candidates with experience in building backend systems that support machine learning models, AI-driven features, and services such as recommendation engines, AI-powered search, and user profile management.
