- Aids in initiatives and activities aimed at attracting new students.
- Examines applications from prospective students and puts them in the right direction for advice on academic programs, financial aid, scholarships, or other information.
- Meets with potential students to discuss the university, academic specialties, and prospects for students.
- Ensures that the admissions office s administrative personnel enter application data into the student database.
- Ensures that international applicants fill out the necessary documentation and adhere to the rules.
- Discuss monthly progress reports with the students and their parents over calls and texts.
- Assists in programs and activities to recruit students.
- Reviews prospective students applications and directs them to the appropriate sources for guidance on courses of study, financial aid, scholarships, or other information.
- Meets with prospective students and answers questions about the university, areas of study, and opportunities for students.
- Ensures that application information is entered into the student database by admissions office clerical staff.
- Ensures that international applicants complete the required paperwork and meet applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with the students for all their academic needs such as test preparations, and provide data and reading materials for exams such as John Locke Essay competitions.
