RUPASHREE JEWELLERS RB is looking for Operations to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity across all areas of operation.

Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, production scheduling, and quality control, to meet production targets and customer demand.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Lead and motivate a team of operations staff, including supervisors, technicians, and support personnel, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and engineering, to coordinate activities and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies and procedures in all aspects of operations.

Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement, and implement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and profitability.

Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.
