Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure smooth transit of goods. Track shipments in real-time and proactively address any delays or issues that may arise. Warehouse Operations : Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and organizing incoming goods. Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols for handling hazardous materials, if applicable. Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize errors. Documentation and Recordkeeping : Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs declarations.
