Recruit, develop, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential and contribution to the organization. Motivate and inspire your team to achieve individual and collective sales goals. Product Knowledge and Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of uPVC, doors, windows, and aluminum products, their features, benefits, and applications. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new product developments, and competitor offerings. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to potential customers. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow our market share in the uPVC, doors, windows, and aluminum product segments. Identify and target potential customers in the construction and renovation industries. Develop effective sales strategies and tactics to win new clients and retain existing ones. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong and lasting relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other potential customers. Understand customer needs and provide them with expert advice and product recommendations. Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
