We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting senior executives, managing dynamic priorities, and ensuring the smooth operation of the CTOoffice. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage the CTOcalendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Communication Management: Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
Project Assistance: Assist with tracking and reporting on key projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Documentation: Maintain and organize key documents, presentations, and reports.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with various teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Discretion and Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a tech or innovation-driven company.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Zoho Applications knowledge would be a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
