Coordinate and handle incident response activities including documentation, virtual command structure, and multi-functional partners. This may include presenting quickly and expertly with organization and company leadership.
Work collaboratively with global Critical Harms Intelligence Analysts and Operation Specialists to identify key Subject-Matter expertise points.
Collaborate with other multi-functional teams to implement process improvements, resolve problems, triage critical issues, build knowledge, and facilitate the steps required to eliminate future incidents.
Be part of a 24/7 global team of dedicated safety professionals which requires on-call shifts including rotational weekends and after-hours work.
Potentially be exposed to sensitive user-generated content that some may find offensive or upsetting.
You Have:
Proven experience in incident and escalation management, preferably in a content safety field/related industry.
Proven experience independently prioritizing and prioritising challenging urgent risks, and handling them efficiently.
Strong program management skills, with experience building and optimizing workflows to include automating manual processes.
Experience using data to lead decision-making and monitor success, including the ability to develop and apply SQL/Python queries.
Collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams, specifically product, engineering, and BPO workforces, across time zones.
Bachelors degree in business, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
