Location: Kolkata.
Experience: 8-10 years.
Notice Period: 15 days.
Must Have:
- 8-10 years of experience in US Marketing.
- 1 years in IT Cyber Security with any Product.
- Should be responsible for leading US Market.
- B2C (Affiliated) marketing.
- Cybersecurity background.
- US Market exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive US marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team to deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering) to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.
Brand Building and Management:
- Enhance and elevate the company's brand image and reputation in the US market.
- Develop and implement innovative branding campaigns to drive brand awareness and preference.
- Monitor brand health and reputation, taking proactive measures to address any issues.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Optimize digital channels to maximize ROI and customer engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Demand Generation:
- Lead demand generation efforts to attract and convert qualified leads.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Customer Acquisition and Retention:
- Implement effective customer acquisition strategies to expand the customer base.
- Develop customer retention programs to foster long-term relationships.
- Utilize customer insights to personalize marketing messages and offers.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Analyze market data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in US marketing, with a strong focus on B2C marketing.
- 1+ years of experience in IT cybersecurity product marketing.
- Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns in the US market.
- Deep understanding of the US market dynamics, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.
- A passion for innovation and a desire to drive growth.
Preferred Qualifications: MBA or equivalent degree in marketing or a related field. Experience working with affiliate marketing programs. Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and terminology.
