Java Full Stack Developer - Spring Boot/React.js (4-6 yrs)

Role : Java Fullstack Developer.

Experience : 4-6 Years.

Location : Bangalore.

Job Type : Hybrid (Contractual).

Notice Period : upto 15 days.

Mandatory Skills : Java, Springboot, Microservices, React & Excellent Communication.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of microservices-based applications.

- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

- Perform thorough code reviews, ensuring best practices are followed in terms of code quality, security, and scalability.

- Design efficient database architecture- with a focus on performance tuning- and optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Java, with extensive hands-on experience in Spring (Boot, Batch, Data, web socket)- frameworks.

- In-depth knowledge of MySQL and database design principles.

- Experience in writing complex queries, indexing strategies, and optimizing performance in MySQL.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native technologies (preferably AWS).

- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. , Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional Agile teams.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.

- Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently, with a focus on timely delivery and quality.

- Ability to work independently and drive technical initiatives across teams.
