Job Description
- Must have 12+ years experience in Quality domain
- Certified in Six Sigma black belt
- Knowledge of quality tools/ structures / Process Mapping / SOP creation etc.
- Working experience using QC tools such as Pareto analysis, Fish bone analysis, Control charts etc. Performing RCAs followed with C&P actions
- Has understanding of Lean methodologies and has implementation expertise
- Good working knowledge of Transaction Quality systems, tools and technologies.
- Ability to provide leadership, direction and motivation to build high performing teams.
- Analytical and Quantitative skills
- Possess good analytical and People Management skills
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Ability to drive initiatives to closure.
- Ability to deal with all levels of employees
- Data Handling / data interpretation skills
- Highlevel of maturity to handle people including but not limited to client, stakeholders, peers etc.
- Process Oriented, Planning, Decision making, Data Handling, Ability to prioritize, Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Detail oriented, Strong organizational and Presentation skills
- Fair to advanced knowledge on MS-office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Subject matter knowledge in navigation is preferred
