We are looking for a highly motivated and quick learner to join our team as an EOS Coordinator. This individual will play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) within our organization. The EOS Coordinator will work closely with our leadership team, employees in India, and team members in the United States to ensure smooth adoption and execution of EOS principles, processes, and meetings. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator fluent in English, Hindi, and preferably Gujarati, enabling seamless communication with our diverse team. This position requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about learning and applying new systems. They will also act as a trainer for both Indian and US teams, ensuring EOS is consistently implemented across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Learn and Master EOS: Gain an in-depth understanding of the EOS framework through self-learning and training provided by the leadership team Facilitate EOS Implementation: Work with the leadership team to implement EOS across the organization, including running Level 10 Meetings, creating accountability charts, and managing Rocks and Scorecards Conduct Training: Teach and guide employees (in India and the US) on EOS principles, processes, and tools, adapting the approach based on the audience Run EOS Meetings: Facilitate weekly, quarterly, and annual EOS meetings, ensuring alignment and consistency in execution Act as a Liaison: Bridge communication gaps between Indian and US teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on EOS principles Monitor Progress: Track the organization's progress in achieving EOS goals, helping to identify bottlenecks and recommending solutions Promote Team Alignment: Ensure that EOS processes are adhered to across all departments and teams, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency Qualifications: Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must for effective communication with US-based teams Fluency in Hindi is essential for communicating with team members in India Knowledge of Gujarati is highly preferred to assist in better communication with local employees Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communication, or a related field.
