- Grad/Post Grads with 0 1 yrs of experience in sales in E-commerce / Construction / Building Materials/Selling Building Mateirals Dealers
- Possess own two wheeler
- Hardworking nature to go around the construction projects, building sites and talk to the owners, masons, electricians, plumbers, fitters of all trades.
Ability to forge alliances/tie ups quickly. - Positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation are all essential
Strong interpersonal and social skills. - Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, formal and informal)
Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution. - Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize when under pressure.
- To prospect and consult with local businesses.
- To creatively identify new businesses and activities to be featured, expanding the range of offers for our subscribers.
- To present nearby as the unique opportunity for businesses to acquire new customers.
- To achieve and over exceed on monthly sales targets.
