Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Demonstrations and Client Management - Demonstrating our products to global clients in virtual / in-person meetings and qualifying leads for the sales team. Requirement gathering for clients and relationship management during and after the demonstrations.
2. Sales Operations- Collaborating with the Sales team to ensure leads are effectively nurtured . Monitoring and optimizing sales processes to achieve business objectives. Analysing sales metrics and providing actionable insights to improve performance.
3. Team Collaboration- Work closely with employees and stakeholders outside India to ensure alignment with global sales goals. Act as a bridge between cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and support, to drive customer success.
4. Program Management- Oversee the execution of sales initiatives and ensure adherence to timelines and objectives. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales efficiency and scalability. Ensure all sales activities adhere to international compliance standards. Work with analysts to prepare and present regular reports on sales operations to management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus.
2. 3+ years of experience in sales operations, program management, or a similar role.
3. Proven track record of managing international clients and cross-border teams.
4. Strong understanding of global sales processes and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
5. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience in SaaS or technology-driven industries.
2. Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools and solutions.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
