Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and qualified nursing professionals for various faculty positions as per INC norms in the following specializations:

• Medical-Surgical Nursing
• Child Health Nursing
• Community Health Nursing
• Mental Health Nursing
• Obstetrics and Gynecology

Roles & Responsibilities:

Professor:

• Develop and deliver high-quality nursing education and training programs.
• Conduct research and guide students in academic projects.
• Participate in curriculum design and accreditation processes.
• Mentor faculty members and students.

Associate Professor:

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate nursing courses.
• Guide students in research and clinical practice.
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic administration.

Assistant Professor:

• Conduct lectures, practical training, and skill-based learning for nursing students.
• Evaluate students academic progress through assessments and projects.
• Assist in research and institutional development activities.

Tutor (M.Sc./B.Sc. Nursing):

• Conduct lab sessions and clinical demonstrations.
• Assist students in skill development and practical applications.
• Provide academic support and counseling to students.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Professor: Ph.D./M.Sc in Nursing with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Associate Professor: M.Sc. Nursing with at least 8 years of teaching experience.
• Assistant Professor: M.Sc. Nursing with 0-5 years of teaching experience.
• Tutor: M.Sc. / B.Sc. Nursing with relevant clinical/teaching experience.
