Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
- Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams while adhering to best practices and compliance requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and hiring managers, to understand talent needs and business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current recruitment processes and implement modifications to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and overall effectiveness. Leverage data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Identify and implement strategies for creating a robust talent pipeline, utilizing diverse sourcing methods such as networking and digital platforms.
- Market Analysis: Conduct labor market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices, ensuring our strategies remain competitive.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote the company's employer brand, highlighting its values, culture, and opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment efforts to attract a diverse workforce and promote an inclusive company culture.
- Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies, regularly reporting on metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree is required.
- Proven experience (13+ years) in talent acquisition, with a significant focus on the manufacturing industry for at least few years
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
