?We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Online Bidding Manager to join our Web Design and Development Company. This role will be responsible for managing the online bidding process to secure web design and development projects from various online platforms and clients. ?Key Responsibilities:

• ?Develop a comprehensive online bidding strategy to identify potential projects, assess their feasibility, and determine the best approach to secure them.

• ?Maintain and expand our presence on online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others. Create and optimize company profiles, portfolios, and proposals.

• ?Identify and research potential clients, projects, and opportunities. Proactively reach out to clients through online platforms and other channels.

• ?Create persuasive and professional project proposals that address client needs, showcase our companys capabilities, and differentiate us from competitors.

• ?Collaborate with the pricing team to develop competitive and profitable project pricing strategies that align with market trends and client budgets.

• ?Engage in negotiations with clients to secure contracts, favorable terms, and project details. Ensure the final agreements meet the companys objectives.

• ?Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
