JOB DESCRIPTION
Area of Responsibility:
Responsible for Vehicle Integration and requirements related to 2 Wheeler
Responsible for Switches, Sensors, Fuse box, Relays
Requirements for ISO26262 and compliance for ASIL A/B/C/D
Responsible for FUSA, HARA, DFMEA analysis
Monitors technological trends through comparisons from different OEM s and supporting product upgradations.
Must have handled simple to complex integration including IOT, Immobilizers, Camera etc.
Conduct cross function reviews and make decisions considering cost, quality
and time impact.
Should drive VAVE activities for continual improvements and define integration road map towards simplification
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Understanding of wire harness architecture
Basic understanding of AIS regulations, EMI/EMC requirements, Crimping, Wire Hauge requirements for HV cables, IP67.
Must have experience of CATIA, Auto-CAD and other schematic simulation tools.
Basic Understanding of CAN, LIN, I2C, SPI signal related requirements in Wire Harness schematics.
Support the internal team for vehicle Integration and quality issues.
Must have 2-3 years of team handling and hiring skills.
Must have handled PCAN, CANoe Vector tools
Should be understanding of dbc files and vehicle instrumentation
Need to estimate risk associated with new design and develop mitigation plan.
Should be aware about different quality analysis tools for analysis.
Develop rigs and fixture to test wire Harness and its complete integration during development and to verify and changes.
Collaborate as part of CFTs for seamless integration of electrical systems.
Extensive collaboration across departments for day-to-day task,
process control, schedule monitoring and assignment reviews.
Root cause analysis countermeasure study of various assembly aftermarket issues.
Creating engineering BOMs and managing changes regularization through change notice
Benchmarking and following global trends to identify implement potential kaizens.
Support in sourcing strategy preparation and RFQ drawings creation to enable
competitive bidding
