Digital Marketing Executive

We are searching for a passionate and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve our marketing goals. This includes increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, generating leads, and boosting sales.

Responsibilities

1- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
2- Manage and execute Paid Advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
3- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, budget allocation, and keyword research.
4- Manage and analyze campaign data using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
5- Create engaging content for various digital channels (website, social media, email)
6- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence. This includes developing content calendars, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
7- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, design) to ensure all marketing efforts are cohesive.
8- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements

1- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2- 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
3- Proven experience in running and optimizing Paid Advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
4- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
5- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7- A creative and results-oriented mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
8- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
9- Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) a plus.
