Senior Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, BI tools like PowerBI, and ETL processes using Talend. They should be proficient in SQL and have a keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy and quality. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive business decisions, creating interactive dashboards, and collaborating with various departments to meet data requirements. Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to help drive business decisions.

- Design and develop data models to solve business problems.

- Create interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools like PowerBI.

- Design and implement ETL processes, especially using Talend.

- Ensure data quality and perform necessary testing for data accuracy.

- Write complex queries using SQL and extract data from databases.

- Identify and report on data trends and patterns.

- Collaborate with various departments to understand data requirements and provide solutions accordingly.

- Explore and implement new techniques and tools for data analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.

- High proficiency in PowerBI and Talend.

- Strong experience in SQL with the ability to write complex queries.

- Deep knowledge of data modeling, data mining, and data warehousing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical information clearly and concisely.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
