Revalsys Technologies - Senior .Net Developer - ASP/C# (3-5 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ASP.NET, ASP.NET Web API, C#, WCF, and Microsoft SQL Server.

You will be responsible for leading the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software solutions using the .NET framework while mentoring and coaching junior developers.

This role requires a deep understanding of client-server architecture, as well as proficiency in developing scalable and efficient web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Development & Maintenance :

- Design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions using ASP.NET, ASP.NET Web API, and C#.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, Windows Services, and WCF services.

- Integrate front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.

- Implement features that are responsive and user-friendly using frameworks like Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS5, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Team Leadership & Collaboration :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on best practices and efficient development techniques.

- Conduct regular team reviews and ensure adherence to timelines and project milestones.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions that meet business requirements.

- Coordinate with clients, conduct presentations, and demonstrate system functionality to potential clients.

- Provide training and coaching to team members to improve their technical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Problem Solving & Optimization :

- Analyze and solve complex software problems using data structures and algorithms.

- Debug and resolve issues in existing software systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.

- Optimize database queries and manage performance issues in SQL Server using T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, and User Defined Functions.

Agile Development :

- Work in agile development teams to deliver software on time and according to business priorities.

- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

- Estimate project timelines and resource allocation effectively, managing expectations of stakeholders.

Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering :

- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and plan suitable solutions.

- Ensure that the proposed solutions are stable, scalable, and meet client expectations.

- Document functional requirements and technical specifications to guide the development process.

Quality Assurance & Testing :

- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the reliability and stability of applications.

- Work with QA teams to ensure quality assurance and testing are performed throughout the development lifecycle.

- Continuously review and improve code quality, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Technical Skills :

- .NET Framework and ASP.NET framework.

- Proficiency in ASP.NET Web API, C#, and WCF.

- Experience with RESTful services, Windows Services, and integration of front-end and back-end systems.

- Solid understanding of client-server architecture.

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS5, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Familiarity with responsive frameworks like Bootstrap.

- Expertise in SQL Server (2008 R2/2012), T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, and User Defined Functions.

Problem-Solving & Debugging :

- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

- Excellent debugging skills to troubleshoot complex software issues.

- Ability to optimize queries and database performance.

Experience :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technology.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in SQL Server.

- At least 2 years of experience in using ASP.NET and ASP.NET Web API.

- Experience in agile development methodologies and working in small, focused teams.
