Position Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead - Solutioning and Pre-sales to join our team.
- This role is pivotal in aligning our innovative technology solutions with the unique business requirements of our clients and prospects.
- The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in AI, analytics, and data solutions, with specialized knowledge in at least one of the following industries: Banking and Financial Services, Manufacturing and Logistics, Insurance, Retail and Consumer Goods, or Life Sciences and Pharma.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- You will collaborate closely with sales leaders, product development teams, and delivery/customer success teams to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Development: Collaborate with clients and sales partners to understand their business challenges and objectives, developing tailored AI, analytics, and data solutions to address their needs.
- Pre-sales Engagement: Lead pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, bid management, and product demonstrations, effectively articulating the business value (e.g., ROI) of our offerings to potential clients.
- Bid Management: Partner with sales, delivery, and technology teams to create compelling proposals and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) with well-structured solutions.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in AI and analytics to enhance solution development and positioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 6 years of experience in a pre-sales or solution architecture role within the technology sector, with a focus on AI, analytics, or data solutions.
- Proven track record of leading successful pre-sales engagements and delivering client-centric solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and data management concepts.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
