Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in front-end and back-end development, leveraging the MERN (MongoDB, Express, React.js, Node.js) stack to build scalable, efficient, and robust web applications. The role also involves mentoring junior developers and contributing to continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain back-end services and front-end interfaces using Node.js, MongoDB, React.js, Express, and Redux.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate wireframes and product requirements into functional applications.

- Write and maintain reusable, efficient, and scalable code, adhering to DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself) principles.

- Test unit code for robustness, usability, and overall reliability to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Integrate in-house tools and business systems into the applications being developed.

- Enhance application performance and scalability by optimizing code and database queries.

- Design and implement dynamic, responsive web pages with modern UI/UX standards.

- Mentor junior team members on system architecture, coding standards, and best practices.

- Foster an attitude of continuous improvement within the team by sharing knowledge and insights.

Key Requirements :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks/libraries (React.js, Redux).

- Solid experience with back-end development using Node.js and Express.

- Hands-on expertise in database management with MongoDB.

- Familiarity with creating RESTful APIs and working with Server-Oriented Architectures.

- Exposure to building and managing dynamic web pages with responsive design.
