HTML Developer - Frontend Technologies (2-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with UX designers to discuss the project's interface, flow, and design requirements.

- Code the entire website or web application from start to finish using HTML standards.

- Cross-Platform Compatibility : Ensure compatibility across different platforms and browsers.

- Identify and resolve errors in applications.

- Performance Testing : Conduct performance testing on websites to ensure optimal loading speeds and user experience.

- Create high-quality HTML files that adhere to the latest HTML5 and W3C standards.

- Use CSS (and pre-processors like Less and Sass) to create layouts that align with design visions across various screen resolutions.

- Implement ARIA and other HTML attributes to ensure websites are accessible for users with disabilities.

- Utilize the W3C Markup Validation Service and CSS Validation Service to confirm compliance with W3C standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and CSS pre-processors (e.g., Sass, Less).

- Solid understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility issues.

- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting website performance issues.

- Knowledge of ARIA standards and creating accessible web applications.

- Ability to work closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional code.

- Familiarity with W3C standards for HTML and CSS.

- Skills in optimizing websites for speed and scalability.

- Proficient in creating responsive layouts for various screen sizes and devices.

- Experience with JavaScript and front-end frameworks like React or Angular.

- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

- Knowledge of SEO principles and implementing them in HTML structures.

- Experience in working with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

- Understanding of web security practices and standards.
