We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. Your main responsibility will be analysing sales, customer, and marketing data to create reports for different teams within the organization. You'll work with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to gather and present insights. Experience with a marketing automation tool, especially tools like Webengage, is a plus. You'll help us make data-driven decisions and improve our strategies across various departments.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets from Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other data sources.
- Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards in Meta to provide actionable insights.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
- Analyze user behavior, transactional data, and funnel performance to identify patterns and opportunities.
Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager:
- Set up and configure GA and GTM for effective data collection and tracking.
- Implement and manage tags, triggers, and variables in GTM.
- Conduct data quality checks and troubleshoot issues related to GA and GTM.
Dashboards & Visualization:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards to visualize data trends and patterns.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in dashboards.
- Provide training and support to relevant stakeholders.
CRM Management:
- Manage and optimize CRM tools to ensure seamless communication and user retention.
- Leverage CRM insights to improve customer lifecycle management and engagement strategies.
- Suggest new strategies for improving user conversion, reducing churn, boosting sales etc.
Technical Expertise:
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and process data efficiently.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by working with large datasets and conducting regular audits.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to align on goals and strategies.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and campaign performance analysis.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) for the HOI app and provide actionable recommendations.
- Take ownership of all analytics tools/ CRM tools being used in the company and track user behavioral parameters across the customer lifecycle
Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience working in B2C/ consumer tech start-ups
- Strong expertise in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Expertise in writing SQL queries and python scripts
- Familiarity with other analytics tools such as Meta (preferable), Tableau, Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to create dashboards in Meta and other visualization tools.
- Experience in analyzing user behavioral data
