Edelweiss Life Insurance - Intern - Sales Planning & Strategy (0-1 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- To analyse ELI and Direct Sales customer base to derive insights about customers

- To prepare and execute the project plan

- To develop content and frame engagement strategy in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

- To pilot and evaluate initiatives

- To prepare MIS tracking project KPIs

- To collaborate with relevant stakeholders in other departments to implement initiatives

- To frame technical requirement documents of the project

- To map the customer end-to-end journey and identify the relevant experience drivers
