Reporting Analyst (Contractual)

Whats the roleThe Reporting Analyst role must build in-depth understanding of the businesses, strategy priorities across many dimensions to provide analysis and insights, detail-oriented, analytical, identify key Value drivers and highlight the existing value gaps with points of improvement.

What does the role involveDevelop and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards as per business need.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validation checks.
Data source identifications and management using SAP BW4HANA, ByD, Data Lake (SQL Server).
Perform data source mapping.
Ensure the expected flow of data to back-end, from back-end to front-end in cooperation with other Team members/Teams.
Development of dashboard and reports using SAC, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Point, Excel.
Maintain clear documentation of reporting processes, data sources, and methodologies.
Manages release cycles and life cycle management of his/her data product range.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and deliver solutions in the form of Data Products, automated solution.
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency.
Automate repetitive reporting processes and workflows using AI/ML and scripting tools.
Continuously improve data pipelines and reporting systems for efficiency and scalability.
Participates in global and region information management meetings/calls to align on priorities, development design and improvements.

What you need is: Bachelor/master s degree in computer science, information systems, Business analytics 2+ years of on job experience in Reporting Analytics Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
Solid work experience with SQL Server (Procedures, Function, Views, SQL Agents) Strong proficiency in data extraction, data transformation, data load and data quality management.
(DDL, DCL, DML, DQL etc.) Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms such as Excel, SAC, Power BI.
Work experience with SAP BW, BOA, Excel, and VBA Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, database structure, advanced excel Experience in scripting languages such as Python or R is a plus.
Familiarity with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
