This team is looking for an experienced product manager who is interested in in understanding client requirements, working closely with engineering team to translate those requirements into product features utilizing innovative technologies and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a successful launch of product features.
You must have proven Human Resources and Payroll knowledge and experience and have a huge thirst for personal and professional growth. Ideal candidates have software product management experience. This will be a fast paced and at times, intense role, involving working with internal and external product experts where you'll be expected to use your industry knowledge and product management expertise to navigate teams to ensure successful product development and release readiness/management. What you'll Do Collaborate with our UX and Engineering teams to transform requirements into compelling product enhancements Gather and document ideas, challenges, and needs from clients, internal SMEs, product stakeholders and industry trends. Effectively communicate features, user stories and requirements to the development team to ensure understanding and value Guide the development team on building out each feature in short sprints and releases. Serve as the voice of the client and user and ensure the end product meets the requirements and goals outlined Continuously measure the usability and value that the clients, users, and business derive from the product. Use data to make informed decisions on where to invest further Collaborate with internal teams to support release readiness activities including training, documentation, development of release plans, go to market and sales enablement
