• Invoice Submission/Upload to Clients
• Follow-ups on Purchase Orders, Service Contracts, and Legal Agreements
• Contract Renewal and Follow-up
• Manage team attendance efficiently
• Petty Cash Maintenance
• Vehicle Usage and Maintenance
• Service Center Maintenance
• Analyze material consumption for cost efficiency
