An Orthopedic Surgeon is a medical professional who specializes in diagnosing and treating injuries and disorders of the musculoskeletal system, which includes bones, joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. They use surgical and non-surgical techniques to restore mobility and function to the affected areas. Responsibilities : 1. Evaluate and diagnose patients with injuries or disorders of the musculoskeletal system. 2. Develop and implement treatment plans, which may include surgical or non-surgical options. 3. Perform surgical procedures to treat musculoskeletal conditions, such as joint replacements, spinal surgery, and fracture repairs. 4. Provide postoperative care and monitor patients' progress to ensure optimal recovery. 5. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals. 6. Stay up-to-date with advances in orthopedic surgery and maintain professional and clinical competence. 7. Participate in research and clinical trials to contribute to the advancement of the field. 8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Requirements : 1. Strong knowledge of surgical techniques, anatomy, and orthopedics. 2.
