Adobe Launch Implementation: Set up, configure, and deploy Adobe Launch tags across multiple digital properties.
Tag Management: Manage tagging processes, including organized implementation of new tags, updates, and troubleshooting.
Data Layer Development: Work closely with developers and analysts to implement and maintain a robust data layer that supports accurate tracking and reporting.
Integration: Ensure seamless integration between Adobe Launch and other marketing platforms, such as OneTrust, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and other third-party vendors.
Testing Validation: Conduct quality assurance (QA) and testing of tags to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of tags and recommend improvements to ensure optimal site performance.
Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all tagging implementations, processes, and configurations.
Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, plan, and execute tagging strategies to support marketing and analytics objectives.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with tracking and tag deployment, ensuring minimal disruption to data collection.
Who you are what youll need to succeed.
Required Experience: 3+ years of experience in an ecommerce tag management role, with specific expertise in complex tag property implementations in Adobe Launch. Experience in implementing and QA-ing Marketing Pixels. Proficiency in other tag management platforms a plus (Tealium IQ, Google Tag Manager)
Must have intermediate coding knowledge of JavaScript and HTML. Must be familiar with Adobe Analytics extension custom code. Must pass front end coding interview/assessment, as well as have at least 2 years of experience in this area.
Must have 3-4 experience in Adobe Launch specifically. Must have experience managing multi-website Tag Properties, Must have experience in managing, creating, custom coding marketing pixels, affiliate pixels, referral pixels, and functionality scripts, Adobe Analytics and other types of Analytics pixels.
Must have 1-2 experience in Pixel QA. Must know how to validate pixel accuracy, including accuracy of variables passed in.
Soft skills: thoroughness (extremely important), good at documentation.
Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously manage and verify tagging accuracy across
multiple platforms and environments. Strong attention to naming conventions, and adherence to organization and tagging architecture. Meticulous in updating documentation.
Analytics Tools: Knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify issues and implement solutions quickly and carefully.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Certifications: Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager or Adobe Analytics certification is a plus. Openness to learning new tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with server-side tagging, CDP, dobe Journey Analytics, Web SDK, or other emerging analytics technologies.
Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA.
Basic understanding of digital marketing practices, and/or experience in marketing campaigns.
