Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Cleanfix Schevaran is a leading provider of innovative and high-performance cleaning solutions, committed to delivering excellence through advanced technology and superior customer service. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and lead high-performing sales teams across the region.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to set sales targets and align strategies with overall business objectives.

2. Key Account Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

3. Sales Performance Analysis:

• Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management detailing sales results, trends, and forecasts.

4. Market Expansion:

• Identify and evaluate new markets and channels for business expansion.
• Develop and execute plans to penetrate new markets and increase Cleanfix market share.

5. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, service team and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide valuable input to product development based on customer feedback and market trends.

• Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
• Experience in the cleaning machine / automobile or relevant industry.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, MBA or BE
• 8+ years of experience in sales management.
