Job Summary:
As the Manager for Ash Sales in Bangladesh, your role would involve identifying potential buyers and developing strategies to effectively market and sell ash products.
Key Strategies for Identifying Buyers
1. Market Research:
o Identify Industries Using Ash: Focus on industries that commonly use ash, such as construction (for cement and concrete), agriculture (as a soil amendment), and energy production (for bioenergy).
o Competitive Analysis: Research competitors to understand their customer base and identify potential gaps in the market.
2. Networking:
o Industry Events and Conferences: Attend trade shows, seminars, and networking events to connect with potential buyers and establish industry contacts.
o Trade Associations: Join local and regional trade associations related to construction, agriculture, and waste management to gain insights and access to potential customers.
3. Online Presence:
o Digital Marketing: Utilize social media platforms, industry-specific forums, and websites to create awareness about ash products.
