Manager - Compliance & Risk (5-7 yrs)

Job Title - Compliance and Risk Manager

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures specific to AIFs.

2. Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.

3. Stay up-to-date with changes in AIF regulations and ensure that the organization adapts to these changes.

4. Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors regarding AIF compliance matters.

5. Investigate and address any compliance violations or issues that arise.

6. Maintain minutes for investment manage, investment committee regularly.

7. Filing regular returns with SEBI/IFSC/SEZ in accordance with the law

Requirements :

1. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.

2. A professional qualification or PG Degree in finance, law, commerce, economics etc

3. Strong presentation skills

4. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

5. Exemplary communication skills.

Experience- Minimum 5-years' experience in the relevant field
