Tele Sales Executive

Job Description:

• Location: Sector-58, Noida
• Experience: 1years into sales process.
• Working Days: 6-days
• Timings: Rotational Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential customers via calls to pitch products/services.
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Maintain an active database of leads on CRM and follow up consistently.

Sales Conversions:

• Convince and convert leads into customers by effectively communicating product benefits.
• Handle objections and provide accurate information to close deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Build rapport with prospects to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain follow-up schedules to ensure repeat business.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi English (regional language is a plus).
• Persuasive confident selling approach.
• Ability to handle rejections objections professionally.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Target-driven self-motivated personality.
