Sales Executive - Electrical Testing, Energy Audits Hydropower

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Realtime Automation. The ideal candidate will have an electrical background and be responsible for driving sales of our Electrical Testing & Calibration services, Industrial Energy Audit Services, Hydropower solutions ( Plant Automation, Condition Monitoring, and Spares & Supply ) This role involves both client visits and telephonic engagement to generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients, including Power Plants (Hydro, Solar, Thermal), Substations, Industries, and Panel Builders.
• Promote and sell Electrical Testing, Energy Audit Services, Hydropower Automation, Condition Monitoring, and Spares & Supply.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers in power and industrial sectors.
• Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Organize meetings for Seniors, Present proposals, negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and market insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in electrical services, energy audits, power plant automation, or industrial testing.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical testing, energy efficiency solutions, hydropower automation, and condition monitoring.
• Communication & Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to Travel: Frequent client visits are required.
