ReadyAssist - Project Manager - Sales & Operations (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement customer acquisition campaigns and strategic partnerships for our retro-fitment solutions.

- Lead and manage district teams, providing coaching, training, and mentorship to ensure they achieve sales targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Collaborate effectively with central teams (e.g., Resources, Inventory, Operations) to secure necessary resources and ensure smooth project execution.

- Oversee workshop onboarding and actively monitor their productivity to optimize performance.

- Develop and manage project budgets, track progress against timelines, and generate insightful reports for management.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within the automotive industry, with a focus on Sales & Operations or Sales & Service.

- Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.

- Data-driven decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (mention specific tools if applicable).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to travel extensively (approximately 80%) to manage district teams and projects across India
