UI UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for an innovative UI UX designer who can bring ideas to life! We are known for our easy-to-understand UI and smooth UX, wed love to speak with you if you think this is your superpower! You should be able to turn simple sketches and high-level ideas into detailed designs and smooth interaction flows on the go.

We built and scaled Zapmail.ai to 1 Million ARR in just 15 weeks, so you should love speed because we do!

What Youll Do: Simply put, Your goal will be to create interfaces that are easy to use, accessible, and enjoyable for our users. Specifically, B2B SaaS products.

Design Innovate: Create intuitive, user-friendly designs, research, and identify USPs through design.
Collaborate: Work closely with the product team, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into impactful designs.
User Research: Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends and best practices to continuously improve our products.
Iterate: Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

Candidate Profile:

Demonstrable Portfolio: We require candidates to showcase a portfolio of live and hosted projects, providing the hiring manager with an opportunity to experience their work.
Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of experience in solving complex user problems through their design.
Experience working directly with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design specifications. Expertise in visual design software Figma.
