Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against them. Coordinate and manage project resources, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards and develop and implement safety procedures and protocols. Ensure compliance with quality standards and develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols. Manage project risks and issues and develop and implement mitigation plans. Manage project communication, including regular status updates and reports to the Senior Project Manager and other stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, procurement, and finance, to ensure effective execution of the project. Ensure that all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts, are complete, accurate, and up to date.
