Assist the Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the organization. Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and make recommendations for improvement. Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and partners. Participate in the development of strategic plans and initiatives. Represent the organization in meetings and negotiations with external organizations.
