Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using IBM DataStage.
- Collaborate with data analysts and architects to understand data requirements and objectives.
- Optimize and enhance the performance of ETL jobs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues.
- Implement data quality and data governance policies.
- Document ETL processes and workflows.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all data integration activities.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in ETL development using IBM DataStage.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and database technologies.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with various databases like Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
