The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with orthopedic doctors and physiotherapists to promote and sell Novanap sorthopedic products. The role requires strong networking skills, a background in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, and a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and onboard orthopedic doctors, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation centers to build a strong network.
Drive sales of orthopedic mattresses, memory foam pillows, coccyx pillows, and back support products through the medical channel.
Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
Conduct regular meetings and product demonstrations to highlight the benefits of Novanap products for patients.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
Identify market trends, competition, and potential areas for business growth.
Training and Education:
Educate doctors and physiotherapists on the therapeutic benefits of Novanap sorthopedic products.
Provide training on how the products can enhance patient outcomes.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on progress, forecasts, and challenges.
Use insights from the field to inform marketing and product development teams.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in sales within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry .
Proven track record of working with orthopedic doctors and physiotherapists.
Network:
Established relationships with a network of orthopedic doctors and physiotherapists.
