Angular Developer

Key Responsibilities

• UI Development: Lead the development and implementation of responsive and visually compelling user interfaces that align with user-centered design principles.
• Full stack Development: Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance Java-based back-end systems, including API integrations.
• Front-End Technology: Utilize frameworks such as React. js, Angular, or Vue. js to create dynamic and user-friendly front-end experiences.
• Java Backend: Ensure efficient back-end processes by leveraging Java-based frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the UX design team, product managers, and other developers to ensure designs are fully implemented and enhanced for user engagement.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize UI components and back-end systems for speed and scalability.
• Testing and Debugging: Ensure the codebase is well-tested, functional, and meets performance standards by conducting regular testing and debugging.
• Code Review & Best Practices: Enforce coding best practices, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers to improve development quality across the team.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in both front-end development and Java ecosystems.

Additional Responsibilities

• Security: Ensure that the front-end and back-end implementations are secure and follow best practices for data protection.
• Cross-Platform Development: Ensure compatibility and optimization across various platforms (web, mobile).
• Version Control: Work efficiently with version control systems (e. g. , Git) and CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development process.
• Cloud Integration: Experience in cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying applications is a plus.

Required Experience

• Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Master s degree is a plus.
• Candidate should have knowledge in Monolith to Microservices framework architecture.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with strong expertise in both front-end and Java-based back-end technologies. Experience in building scalable enterprise applications is crucial.
• Front-End Expertise: Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks like React. js, Angular, or Vue. js, and the ability to create clean, reusable components.
• Back-End Expertise: Deep understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Kafka and REST API development. Experience with microservices architecture is a plus.
• Database Knowledge: Experience with relational databases (e. g. , MySQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases (e. g. , MongoDB) is an advantage.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high-quality code delivery.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in the BFSI sector or working on large-scale platforms beyond just traditional banking applications.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile development processes and working in an iterative development environment.
• Responsive Design: Experience in building responsive designs that function seamlessly across devices (web and mobile).
• DevOps Familiarity: Understanding of DevOps principles and tools (e. g. , Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with microservices and containerized applications.
• Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) for building responsive and dynamic web applications.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as:
  • o Angular (v8+)
  • o Vue. js
• Expertise in Java-based frontend frameworks:
  • o JavaServer Faces (JSF)
  • o Vaadin
  • o GWT (Google Web Toolkit)
  • o Thymeleaf
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs integration and handling JSON for data interchange between frontend and backend.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows (GitFlow, pull requests).
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and proficiency with frameworks like Bootstrap for cross-device compatibility.
• Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, minification, caching strategies).
• Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt, and package managers like npm or Yarn.
• Proficiency in unit testing and debugging tools for front-end development (e. g. , Jest, Mocha, browser developer tools).
• Understanding of frontend security best practices (XSS, CSRF, content security policies).
• Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
• Knowledge of TypeScript for structured and type-safe front-end code (optional but preferred).
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) for frontend deployment.
• Familiarity with micro-frontends for large-scale applications (optional but a plus).
• Mobile-first and responsive design experience using frameworks or custom CSS.
