6+ years experience bringing innovative products to the market

Experience leading and mentoring teams

Excellent grasp and hands on experience in one or more languages including an OO language

Experience building multi-tier web applications, experience working on all layers of the stack is a plus

Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Design & Design Patterns, algorithm & data structures.

Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases

Experience working on CI/CD pipeline

Good understanding and experience of leading the development of distributed and scalable systems

Experience with SaaS, cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure(preferably AWS)

Good understanding of Big Data technologies and Distributed systems is a plus

Internalized and practices agile best practices from software architecture to product deployment

Product Development experience using Object-Oriented Language (Java) and experience in Microservices architecture People First mindset

Experience building multi-tier web applications.

Experience working in any one of UI technologies such as AngularJS, ReactJS.

Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and presentation skills

Ability to collaborate across multiple functions
