Proficient in Cloud Architecture (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), particularly with Microsoft Azure. ● Articulates Cloud's value proposition and strategy to align the organization. ● Designs cloud-native applications using Containers, Serverless tech, and Microservices. ● Experienced in integration patterns (SOA, APIs) and application development. ● Ensures Security, Resilience, and High[1]Availability in mission-critical designs. ● Effective team player with agile experience. ● Knowledgeable in ITIL processes (Incident, Problem & Change) for Operations Architecture. ● Technically proficient in Machine Learning, AI, RPA, Mobile, Web, and Cloud. ● Understands Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and develops/adheres to Architecture principles and Standard.
Leads the capture of Non-Functional requirements with accuracy. ● Accountable for owning the design process and creating necessary documentation for the Solution Design Approval Forum to secure design approval. ● Encourages reusability of existing solutions by adopting approved design patterns. ● Facilitates design thinking workshops with stakeholders at all levels to define the problem statement for both Business and IT. ● Must possess a comprehensive expertise across various architecture domains: Business, Data, Application, Infrastructure, and Security. ● Responsible for signing off on Non-Functional testing, ensuring appropriate types of testing are conducted based on the application type (e.g., customer-facing transaction application requires performance testing). ● Identifies architecture-related risks, implements mitigation plans, and manages them until resolution. ● Maintains an up-to-date skill set on the latest market trends, competitive insights, and technologies, sharing this knowledge within the technical community. ● Manages and updates the Enterprise Architecture Repository with the latest architecture artifacts. ● Provides thought leadership and drives technology innovation. ● Offers advice on supplier and cost options, ensuring the overall solution's validity is fully represented in RFI/RFP processes and the creation and evaluation of proof-of-concept solutions. ● Contributes to broader architectural governance activities by participating in peer reviews for other solutions. Self-Development Accountabilities & Responsibilities ● Define performance goals at the start of the performance year with the reporting manager and ensure that the goals are achieved during the year. ● Take ownership of his/her learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the reporting manager and bridge the gap through training and on-the-job learning. ● Keep abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growthRole & responsibilities
