UI/UX Designer (work from home)

As a UI/UX Designer with 5-6 years of experience, you will play a key role in designing user-friendly interfaces for our cloud accounting software. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create engaging experiences that meet the needs of our diverse user base.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and usability testing specific to accounting tasks to gather insights and identify user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups for both desktop and mobile applications.
Develop visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of designs.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing.
Utilize strong HTML/CSS skills to create functional prototypes and assist development teams.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in design or B.Tech (Computer Science).
Must have coding skills.
5-6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in software applications.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong portfolio showcasing design projects for desktop and mobile applications.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, especially in financial applications.
Expertise in HTML/CSS, with the ability to translate designs into responsive layouts.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
