We are currently looking for a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities for our services by qualifying, managing, and closing sales in new accounts.
Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle for defined opportunities, including ongoing qualification, product demonstration, evaluation, and most importantly, closing new customers
Identify and understand customer needs and effectively demonstrate the value proposition of our services through webinars, emails, phone calls, and product demonstrations
Act as a key point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Utilize sales management tools to track sales activities and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
Engage in proactive outreach to generate new leads and opportunities
Skills/Experience
Proven track record in a consultative sales process
2-3 years of exceeding sales quotas in a service-oriented environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly learn about our services
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve set goals
