RapinnoTech Solutions - Full Stack Developer - Java/React.js (5-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to create seamless and responsive web interfaces.

- Build RESTful APIs and integrate front-end applications with back-end services.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues.

- Lead and mentor junior developers, reviewing their code and providing constructive feedback.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and incorporate them into your work where appropriate.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of professional experience in Java development with a strong understanding of core Java concepts and frameworks like Spring Boot.

- 2+ years of experience in building web applications with React.js, Redux, and other modern front-end technologies.

- Solid experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).

- Strong understanding of database design and experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, etc.).

- Experience with front-end tools like Webpack, Babel, and version control tools like Git.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
