Job Description - The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for leading a gamut of HR functions including talent acquisition, HR ops, performance management and business partnering.

Key Role Deliverables:
- Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end to end hiring process to ensure a high caliber workforce
- Oversee manpower planning and capacity planning and allocation
- Drive efficiency, bring automation and make data driven decisions
- Bringing more automation, efficiency and driving analytics
- To implement actions / initiatives to support dissemination of values, culture, employee policies / benefits
- Track record in managing a high-quality workforce, focusing on talent management and talent acquisition
- Excellent leadership, team building, process mapping and management skills
- Should have a growth mindset and ability to evolve to a dynamic work environment
Education: MBA/PGDM - HR
